The ScSS Tzaphqiel was a Pegasus Class starship in service of the Alliance and Star Command. She was only the third Pegasus Class ship ever to be launched.
It was built at the Royal Baraben Prime Shipyards between 322AE and 324AE. Bhutan Jii worked on the construction, specialising in the shuttlebay, starfighter bays and auxilary craft.
She was launched in 324AE under the command of Captain Maria Demetriades.
Her four shuttlecraft were called, Gabriel, Uriel, Metatron and Suriel.
She was launched on 1st February 325AE and assigned to the Gold Fleet, a high visibility assignment.
