so.... been a while since I wrote anything on here.... that's not a problem I hope... been busy! between kids, wife, life, holidays, school holidays, and generally trying to get books written this little "blog" hadn't seen much action has it! hmm.... might have to do something about that!
Anyway, in the last few months I've written the first drafts for Eulogies, Duquam, The Cut Throat World of Business and I'm well into Phoenix Rising.... so yeah, 4 books at a good stage of development and my MASTER PLAN is to finish the d1st drafts so I can work on them editing wise when the kids are back at school and I can (hopefully) find a job to work around their schedule!
with that done I'm hoping at least 2 of these books can be released in time for xmas.... maybe more, depends on schedule, etc.
so what are these books about? well, hashtag spoilers obviously...
Eulogies takes place mainly at the Pirec homeworld, a new race we've mentioned before, but this is our first real close up look at them.
Duquam is the name of the villain of the story, and reveals some as yet unreleased information about one of our primary characters which might change your opinion of them
Cut Throat World of Business is a NightShade novel... the second one, it has nothing to do with the Seraphic crew... but does shed some light on the dark world they are starting to encroach upon...
Phoenix Rising deals with what happens when the Alliance gets involved in Sarafid Dowd'i politics... and those in the Bregenna Expanse object!
so, hope that wets the appetite.... this is very much "act two" of the season one structure, we're starting to change things up, after Phoenix Rising we have one more book before we enter the final act of season one... where things really get interesting!
